My son was in baseball last year and this company took the team photos. We paid for and ordered our photos but never received them. The first time we called them to find out why it was taking so long to get the photos, they told us they lost our order form. My husband drove all the way to the other side of town to drop it off in person. Still didn't get the photos so the second time we called they told us we didn't order any photos, nor did they receive payment! I asked them to look into it-that we turned in 2 order forms and our payment of around $40. I never heard back from them. Lousy company who took our money. Worst part of it-I don't have photos of my son in baseball. Thanks for nothing.
