From the very 1st phone call to the last appointment to discharge, it was like we were with family taking care of my 89 year old Daddy. Everyone who was involved in his care offered guidance, advice, & was very attentive. Phone calls were promptly returned & I was often called to see how everything was going. I can say with all certainty, that your loved one would be in very caring hands if Oxford Home Health Care was involved. Thank you for relieving some of the stress that comes with caregiving.

Fired! I wrote the review because i was sent this letter. Then the next 2 days. 2 more cancelations at the last minuite. 1 minuite call after no one showed up from demetria. The following day 1p min after a no show. I read through the google reviews from emoyees and clients. The 5 star reviews come from current employees. Read to the end!!! It's worth it!!! I shouldnt have posted a review until services were completed. But a total of 7 cancleations. I was absolutely upset after #7 and I called and fired this company In their petty retaliation for me deleting the post they told the Advantage company I was abusive. Ya when I called I expressed my frustrations to Demeteia. For the tone of my voice i apolojized. But 7 cancelations. . Great recovery for a rocky start. I was approved for 15 hrs a wk, home health personal aide. 4 cancelations, and 1 fire due to unsatisfactory customer service. I was so excited when I got approved, because I'm serious about keeping my home clean, sanitary and neat. I don't function well in disorder, clutter or filth. I just had 2 total knee replacements, Nov 2023, and Feb 2024.. I also have severe carpool tunnel in both hands with Austio Arrhritis Knotts. After my second surgery, The inflamation in my knee prevented me from walking and the inflamation in my hands made it. impossible to hold a pencil. DEMETRIA is the lady who works at the new OXFORD office, and she was my contact for setting up, scheduling and following through to make sure that an acceptable job was completed by the Advantage home health aide. Demetria went far beyond what her job title consisted of. After the last and 5th issue. I was done and decided this was not worth the hassle I was experiencing. Demetria asked her management if she could personally come to my home and help me get everything clean tidy and back in order. Demetria has the most wonderful work ethics I have seen is a woman in a long time. Demetria does her work with excellence, she never complained. Demetria didn't focus on what went wrong with the other ladies who had various situations arise and weren't able to make their schedules. After 1 day she got all my laundry caught up, folded hung and put up. My floors cleaned so I am able to walk without shoes, and my feet don't get dirty. Demetria got Clean sheets on my bed and my memory foam mattress cover put back on. Demetria came to my home daily and has helped me more then words can express. She personally is a 5++ worker and is very valuable to this company. I do hope that Oxford see's the detication that she has demonstrated to step out of her regular job function to help secure me as a client. I recognize Demetria as an outstanding Oxford employee, who stepped up when there was unforseen circumstances with other workers. Thank you I also recognize as a fellow business owner with management experience, that it is hard to predict from interview to actual job function weather an employee will work-out. I also know how hard it is to find quality workers. I pray that God deal with this company because there is no justification for the amount of employees not showing up to work or canceling after the scheduled time.
