We called on a Saturday 03/20 Said that they was a week out, we asked around how much it would cost to install a bathroom fan. He said 225.00 This was 25.00 more than home depot would charge at the maximum to install a fan. He said he would call 24 hours in advance to setup an appointment. Thursday he calls around 1 PM and says are you available for me to come over now? I got off work that day at 2 so we told him it would have to be after 2. He shows up about 2:30 and I explain that we want to have this bathroom fan installed. He said he could do that. Did not bring a flashlight so I provided one. 4 hours later still can't get the install done. Says that he will need to take the fan back to the store and swap it out since the one we got has now been dismantled by him trying to figure out how to install. He also does not climb into attics and this would require someone that can. He says he will return tomorrow with someone that can climb into the attic and get the install done. I had to leave my lights off in both bathrooms all night and use flashlights to take a shower by as I couldn't flip the breaker on with the loose wiring that was left. He shows up the next day by himself and says that he doesn't think he will need to climb into the attic to do the install. 2 hours later he gets the hardware mounted but says I will need to have an electrician and a ventilation specialist come out to finish installing it. There was an existing one that that was working and just stopped working. Paid 300 dollars for an incomplete installation and he only accepts cash. Did not provide a receipt. There is no warranty on any of his work. Now 300 dollars later I will have to pay someone else to do the job I paid him to do. I would strongly recommend using someone else. Also left a mess when he left and did not clean up after himself. Service: Fan repair

This company charge me $350.00 just to put a window air unit..HighwY robbery. This company takes advantage of people. Please get the price b4 they work with no exceptions
