Jason came back to my home after running out of time the day before. (He had to charge me overtime premiums because he arrived later than he had expected) He was able to fix most of my problems. But again he ran out of time he needed to complete every issue I had. His work was very good. I only wish he would have given me Other options on how to make my problems go away. (I was charged overtime premiums to complete the work again). I guess the dispatcher should allow more time between calls so the customer doesnt have to pay for needless overtime Charges.

Long story, made short. I had a power surge, 3 firetrucks, PSO, ONG big deal. Lost all appliances, HVAC, computer etc. I have everyone scheduled. Murray came out, had to leave for parts, said he would be back first thing in the morning. No one showed, had to reschedule everyone. Murray said tech was on his way. That was not true, after 5 phone calls the tech called, said they backed me up on their schedule. I told the tech if he couldn't make it by 11am, don't bother to come. He ruined my day, plus the HVAC I had scheduled behind him. They were not honest with me. I will never call Murray again.
