Rachel W the Nurse Practitioner was amazin and the nurse that gave my the pain shots. But after that I've had nothing but problems especially the front desk. Now battling a really bad bacterial infection( after they gave me the wrong antibiotics) in my kidney now that is so painful that I've missed work because of it. Now im in fear of losing my job because I have no sick time to cover the days I've missed. Definitely will be seeking a lawyer if I do lose my job.

Appointment rescheduled twice so far. Once for payment issues on their end, and now due to the machine that removes kidney stones bed "breaking". Ended up waiting in pre-op with an IV in my arm for 3 hours pointlessly in more pain. As another review mentions, they dont tell you to be early for your appointments, but imply that they did.
This is a sad excuse for an office that an ER is forcing people to use.

I paid my portion of my deductible in cash and now they are saying i only paid 30 dollars, looks like they take money if you pay in cash, so always use your credit card.
