      image Went in 3/23/24 the receipt says 5:46pm. Called ahead to make sure they had a lockout tool. They did. Thats the reason I gave 2 stars. The service doesnt deserve any. They were nice on the phone. When I got there it was a completely different. No smile Im not positive but pretty sure there wasnt even a hi. Im so sick of being nice to store associates and getting treated like scum in return. I am in a customer service position as well and would never do anything to make a customer feel bad. Theres too many other auto parts stores to have to put up with it.
