My truck looks decent. That's best part. But from beginning all the way to the end there wasn't much communication. I got my truck back dirty and no one ever went over my repairs or walked me out to my truck to go over anything. Just not professional. I've heard great things about this place from friends. Just disappointed.

Mr. Lofstrom, our apologies that you were disappointed in your experience with the repair…there’s no excuse for a lack of communication, but I do know your estimator worked tirelessly with the insurance company to get your repair done and they made it extremely difficult. They also typically will go over the repairs if they’re available upon your arrival, but there are times when that doesn’t always happen because they may be busy also taking care of their other customers, too! As explained when picking up your vehicle, we provide a Lifetime Warranty on anything we repaired on your vehicle, so please let us know if you notice anything at any point and we’ll most certainly get it resolved. We wash the outside of every vehicle upon completion of the repairs and will do a quick wipe down and vacuum on the inside to clean up our mess; we do not do an extensive detail unless requested by the customer for it to be detailed by the detail shop attached to the body shop. We apologize if the outside was dirty, it was parked in our lot for over a week due to the insurance company being extremely delayed in approving the final bill, but feel free to contact us at the shop and we’ll gladly have our detail department perform a detail on us! If there’s anything else we can do to be of service, then please contact our management and we’ll make sure to get things resolved for you!

Beware, Beware, Beware. After waiting a month to get an appointment, they took 5 weeks to fix a dent in a door. They used many excuses, waiting on parts, waiting on insurance company, its difficult to paint etc. Communication from A-1 was nonexistent. There were several calls between A-1 myself & the insurance company, initiated by myself or the insurance company. They called me once when the car was ready & I still had to wait when I got there so they could wash it. A-1 wanted to charge me extra because the insurance company wouldnt pay their high labor price. At one point A-1 even told the insurance company that they didnt have my car because I didnt bring it in.
At delivery the cars interior was covered in heavy dust along with the rear hatch not aligned properly. I decided not to take it back to A-1 because I didnt have another 5 weeks to wait. There were several other issues but I didnt want this review to get too long.
There are way too many body shops is Broken Arrow so any future business will go elsewhere

Mr. Rost, my apologies for your displeasure with the repair process. I’m assuming you picked up your vehicle this past week while my husband and I own the shop, but were out of the shop for a business conference. Unfortunately, we are at the mercy of the insurance companies providing approval on all necessary repairs and parts vendors. We are human and I do apologize for the "fall" in communication that happened towards the end of the repair with your vehicle; the estimator was out of the office in conjunction with the holidays and there was a communication error within our shop, but we pushed to expedite the repair as quickly as possible while making sure it was done correctly!
