Dr. Ford is an amazing vet, and he goes out of his way to make sure that the owner understands everything that he is going to do with your pet. Great personality and loving of our pets. I never worry about my kids when he has them because I know he's not going to let anything happen to them.

This is a good office, unfortunately my husband picked up our dog after he was neutered and I'm afraid I surprised him with the cost and he was unhappy and mean to the staff. It's a little pricey for services, but the staff treats your pet with care and consideration. I would return if I wasn't embarrassed!

October 26, 2019 I went to Indian Springs Veterinary Hospital because my dog had been hit by a motor vehicle.After X-rays, evaluation and $286.10, I was told all looked well, no breaks or fractures and was sent home. November 6, 2019 I was worried about large swelling so I went to a different animal hospital (Woodland West Animal Hospital) and had Indian Springs Veterinary Hospital email over the X-rays. After a vet at Woodland West Animal Hospital reviewed the x-rays it was determined that my dog had a fractured shoulder blade. So naturally I contact Indian Springs Veterinary Hospital and inform them of there mistake and asked for reimbursement for the office visit and the x-rays to which they refused either. There is irrefutable evidence that Indian Springs Veterinary Hospital clearly made a mistake, yet they refuse to make any compensation for it. The owner literally said (quote) if you want to take me to court, then take me to court. This business show's no integrity should be held accountable for the failed treatment.
