Over the past ten years, Loftis & Wetzel Insurance has handled all our insurance needs. During the last few years, we have become better acquainted with Penny, Jamie and their team and would like to say that we are very pleased with the personal touch and prompt service we have received from them. In several recent situations, I have called on them for their help regarding our policy and coverage and each time, they have responded promptly, professionally, and followed up eagerly to make certain our needs were adequately met. They truly do provide the 'customer service' we all seek from those with whom we do business. Every insurance agent wants to attract and retain as many policyholders as possible. To that end essentially all espouse the same standard set of lofty goals. Some deliver, some don't. In the short time I have done business with Bryan Loftis I have seen him make good on every one of those goals. More specifically, Bryan has shown himself to be "there for me", meaning that he has taken the time to satisfy my numerous questions about coverage and rates. He is always easy to reach and never leaves the impression he does not have time for me. He seems willing to do business however I feel I need to. He is just as OK with doing business in person as with remote relationship if that were my choice. At the time I contacted Bryan I needed to make provisions to insure an auto for the use of a grand daughter in college. Bryan wisely counseled going to auto/home/umbrella coverage in my situation. He found me the best combination of price and reliable carrier. And as it has happened, there was a lot more follow-through with all that than I had imagined. He just stuck with it until we had all the "I"s dotted. And I could not end this without saying that Bryan is just a genuinely nice, helpful and knowledgeable guy. I would be as happy to go fishing with him as I have been to do business with him.
