Horrible restaurant. Blackwell needs better food choices with better customer service

Terrible. Waited 30 minutes to be served a drink and another 30 to get the food there were only 3 other customers who had already eaten and were just sitting there. We were the only customers who hadn’t eaten. I ordered the waffle special and received eggos yes the toaster waffles, stale peanut butter, and burnt bacon. The two other people with me couldn’t even finish their food and not because they were full.

Stayed in Blackwell for a business trip & decided to eat at Stack Restaurant, What a terrible idea! First when I asked how long it would take for my order I was told whenever the "Cook" decides to get up out of his chair. This should have been my first sign to cancel my order,. However, I can understand being tired. Pictures below to show exactly what I was served & it was all cold! Pictures below are Crispy chicken salad. Broccoli cheddar soup. Two eggs bacon, sausage, hash browns, biscuits and gravy steak fingers and what was supposed to be fried okra ended up being fried squash and gravy was supposed to be on this side. I believe the photos speak for themselves!

Ordered breakfast. Manager had to run to the store to buy ingredients. Burned hash browns, frozen waffles, my plate of eggs and waffles came from the microwave to my table, according to manager. Took 25 min to serve and was still cold. When asked to discount the burnt hash browns, manager picked up plate without asking if finished and took back to kitchen to ask. Was asked to pay before meal was completed. HARD PASS!
