        I have gone here since 2011 and have had many different providers, most were okay some better than others but then they got Kenneth Washington who I disliked cause he wouldn’t do the labs I went for but wanted to do a bunch of tests that was unnecessary. I didn’t like is attitude. I haven’t been back for over 6 months for fear that he is still there but I have made an appointment for Thursday cause I need labs done. I’m not looking forward to seeing him again. The patient portal has been down for 7 or 8 months so I can’t see any of my info or lab results. Why do they have such a thing if they can’t keep it up. Update: The day after I posted this they called me and canceled my appointment then said they are officially closed why in the world give someone an appointment one day and then close the next. They should have let people know they was closing!!!! Something just ain’t right.

        Wow got a call earlier today from allied medical and said our UA came back with Xanax ,OxyContin and buprenorphine whatever the hell that is one we HAVE NEVER TAKEN THAT SH*T EVER They had to mix up our UA with someone’s else’s Thinking about getting some legal advice on this
