Can I give a negative star rating!!!!!!!!????? Delivered the wrong flowers on Valentine's Day. (see picture above. A friend at the office got the right flowers - from a different florist!) When my husband called, he was told that they used what they had left (from the bottom of the barrel) to make the arrangement. They didn't even call my husband to give him an opportunity to change his purchase. They didn't apologize for the embarrassing arrangement. When my husband asked for a refund, they said sure and they would come by and pick up my flowers. I was left with NO FLOWERS ON VALENTINE'S DAY. Worst business ethics ever. Save yourself - GO TO EVA'S or FLOWERLAND! Above are the $60.00 flowers that were taken away..
