Remedy Health Direct Primary Care - McAlester

If you are looking for an alternative primary care practice this place is for you. I recently took a hard look at my insurance coverage through my husbands work and realized that we were not getting the best benefit for our money. I canceled my traditional insurance but knew Warren Clinic and Southeastern Family Medicine, both great clinics, were out of our cash pay price range. When Dr. Chelsea Berges, Dr. Beene, and Joy Auld announced they were joining Remedy and bringing this to our town I researched their cost vs offered services. It just made sense. All of your primary care needs and under $100 a month. Not only is that cost efficient but Dr. Berges spent almost an hour and a half with me at my first appointment. I felt like all of my concerns and questions were thoughtfully answered and I walked away with so much information about my options! She took time to educate me and include me in the care of my health. The front office staff seriously made me feel like family and not just another paying patient. If you are worried about cost of prescriptions or other diagnostic testing this team has the hook ups like Woods Pharmacy who offered me an amazing cash pay discount and this team will research all of your options to keep your costs low. We all know Dr. Beene is amazing and my husband plans to become a patient of his soon and Joy Auld, well she is a brilliant human and I know her patients love her. Stop procrastinating and go check them out! Side note- I am covered now by a medshare plan for emergencies and secondary care, Dr. Berges sent me home with great info on alternative health insurance options.
