Horrible. Basically put vinyl wood plank flooring over a hole in my floor and caked it good. $1600 wasted. Fool me once....... Make sure you get any work that he says he is going to do for you I writing. They talked a good game but failed to deliver. My fault for trusting a former classmate from Alma.

PFI did our hard floors in the living room and hall and they're beautiful, we get compliments on them all the time! I'm a loyal PFI customer and I highly recommend them not only for their excellent work and professional attitude but for their legitimate care for their customers.
