Unfortunately, I am disappointed in many of these heating/plumbing/electrical business's. Many people are elderly or handicap in our area, such as my self, I'm disabled, and having heat/air is an necessity to daily living in the Midwest. These organizations/companies should already know this and not take advantage of theses circumstances to dis-service their own clientele!!!! Knowing and running my own business's you should take account of situations like this and be ready to assist your communities in every conditions, and be secure enough to take on emergency/welfare business, even if it may be a slight loss to their wallets!!! But I guess now a days we just don't have that good a citizens to "love thy neighbors", and actually do something good, without always wanting return. Especially, when it is pertaining to our elders and handicap citizens!!! Well, I'll get off my soap box, but once again shame on you greedy business people out there, or should I say "Scrooges'"!!!!
