Definitely would not recommend renting here. We had more issues with her then anyone else in alva. There are lots of other people to rent off of that won't harass you, enter your house with out your permission, call and complain about you having items outside (our case a bedframe against the side of the house but look at other houses she rents and there are people who have full furniture sets in their front yard) when you're literally moving out. She's overly concerned with "inspections" which she makes you agree to doing ever couple months. The sad part is I have more I could post about in our less than year stay here, but just know there are many better options in alva.

My husband & I have been renting through Ashley Property Services for about 1 & 1/2 years now. She is super nice & communicates effectively through the tenants, property owners, and maintenance team should anything need to be repaired or if you have any concerns. Our apartment was clean & move-in ready which was definitely a plus. Any updates have been provided to us in a timely fashion & she is very responsive whenever we have reached out to her. I would 10/10 recommend Ashley Property Services!

When I first moved onto the property I thought she was great; however, she did lack to communicate a repair man was coming into the property. I found myself thinking someone was breaking into my rental with me in the house. As well as the fact that the repair man saw me while I wasn’t completely dressed. Also toward the end there were lots of issues with my rental. Such as sewage coming up from under the stove. It got fixed, but I had to clean everything up as I see she cleaned up for other renters. Then the rental flooded and she said she’d help bring things to clean up, but that didn’t happen. As well as how long it too to actually get my in a place where I thought it was okay to even go in. LOTS of my belongings were destroyed, it took a few days to even get anyone in there to get the water out of my rental. I had to find somewhere else to stay during that time. Then I moved because there was mold and water damage, it wasn’t an ideal place for me or my daughter. I did not get my $800 deposit, it was super disappointing after I did clean up etc. Which they also said they’d pay me for having to clean up and that did not happen either! I wasn’t on a lease during that time, because they said I could go month from to month as I graduated and was planning to move at the end of the summer. Not a great experience at all over the year of renting...
