just to ask a question or get a simple quote you have to go through background check , credit check, social, etc ... just to ask simple quote or questions about what is needed to be insured through them ... other companies my whole life have never needed to run credit check nor give social security numbers etc to get covered let alone to just get a simple quote ...I told them i was calling and translating for someone else and was it necessary to do to get the quote and they said it was law which is absurd..in 30 years and more than 12 different states and being covered from full coverage to liability Ive never once had a credit check requirements nor given social security information just to find out a simple quote for liability ins and never been told it waa by law to require such info.... and with that they not only lost 1 family of 3 vehicles but mine as well ....

I recently called for a claim and spoke to a gentlemen named Philip Wilson. He not only answered all of my questions but went above and beyond to track down specific information I was needing. I typically dislike dealing with insurance companies and interactions like this, but he made it very simple, quick and efficient! Highly recommend.
