New Image Dental Care

Wonderful staff great with kids fast and convenient scheduling. Was a saving grace with a dental emergency for my son who was 4 at the time.

Once I started taking my kids to Dr. Pierce his receptionist suggested that if I didn't want to wait while my kids got their teeth clean that I could leave and they'd give me a call when they were finished. I went ahead and left and came back when the office called me. After doing this several times it didn't seem to be a problem, and became a convenience for me so I wouldn't have to keep my toddler out of stuff in the waiting area. A couple of months ago my son chipped his front tooth after running into a vehicle. I messaged his receptionist on FB and told her what happened and she set me up to see the dentist the next morning. Come to find out that the dentist would have taken care of it right then and reattached the piece that chipped off if I would have called the office and got his cell phone number from the answering service instead of waiting til the next day when the only option then was to rebuild it. It would have been nice if the receptionist would have told me this when I messaged her. The next day I took my son in and was going to stand in the room while they worked on his tooth, but his assistance let me know that I needed to go to the waiting are, so I left the room. I told the receptionist just to call me when they were finished, and I'd be back to pick up my son. After I picked up my son he said to me, "Mom, you want to know what the dentist said about you? When they told the dentist that you had left and needed to call you to come back he said "Great parenting"." I've taken my business else where since consistency doesn't seem to run very long at this office, and if that's how they're going to talk about their customers behind their back then so be it, but I don't think it's kind or professional.
