Their customer service is exceptional and their work speaks for itself. They had my rug cleaned and ready for pick up within two business days. I am very happy with the outcome of the cleaning service they did on my rug. It looks and feels brand new again.

I tried to hire this company to remove a cat urine oder from my carpet but after speaking with Roy he informed me that the odor was too sunk in to be removed. He advised me to purchase OdoBan and use that instead. Fast forward several months and not only can you still smell the cat odor, there is also a lingering scent from the recommended product. I called into the office of this business to request a quote for cleaning and told them about the conversation I had with Roy months back. No appointments ended up being schedule and several months went by with me still dealing with the odor. Fast forward again to this afternoon- I noticed Roy was in my neigbor's apartment cleaning carpets so I approached him to reqest he take a look at my rug. Much to my great surprise, he accused of speaking ill of him when I called in months ago and said that my call created a week-long controversy in their office. He claimed I told the office worker that Roy "had refused" to do the work. I said no such thing, but despite my rebuttle he asked me to leave and suggested I use a competitor. To say I was taken back would be an understatement, so I called their office to try to get in touch with the manager to see if we could clear all of this up. Tina answered the phone and when I asked to speak with the office manager, she refused. When I asked her who she was within the organization, She would only identify herself as Roy's wife. Not wanting to stir the pot too much I explained the situation to her and instead of trying to understand, she became defensive. To my great confusion, she attacked me for, in her opinion, my blaming Roy for my cat urinating on the carpet. I was completely stunned at this accusation and tried to diffuse the situation, but before I could she told me to go find another carpet cleaner online then hung up on me. This place has been business for a long time and I'm sure they have many satisfied customers, but today I was not one of them. Placing blame on a customer for the companies poor internal communication is grossly unprofessional. If my experience is worth anything, I would advise you to look elsewhere.
