        Just called our local store in Ada Oklahoma and asked about the pre sale purchase for Estee Lauder to see if they were in and was told “I think they are in. I don’t work in that department but I think they are in.” I asked if there was someone she could ask to make sure and she said “ no she will be there tomorrow “. Again I asked if she could check so I didn’t make a trip out there for nothing and she again said “ no they are here”! I’m just floored at the bad customer service I just received.
