Worst job I ever seen and poor service, had to fix it after they worked on it the next day because nothing was secure, wouldn't recommend them to anyone. Will never have them back

Very frustrated/disappointed in their service. Would not recommend them. On 4/5/2019 ACE arrived and cleaned out our septic system. Presented me with invoice for $1530 and I paid in full with note written on the invoice they would return (worker told me 2-3 days) to install outlet tree, 6" riser and put dug up area back in order. 4/9/2019 no contact from company therefore called and spoke to Samatha. She said they would be there that day. Told her I would not be home but they could reach me by phone if there were issues. Upon returning work was not completed. 4/16/2019 called and spoke to Samatha. She said the risers were on back order but should be in soon and they would be back to complete job. Still no contact from ACE so on 5/15/2019 called again and spoke to Samatha. She said they would schedule guys back in the next 2-3 days. It has now been almost 3 months since the service call on 4/5/2019 and they have not been back to install missing parts that I have paid for AND the septic tank ground area has been left a complete mess making it impossible to mow around and causes a safety concern with my grandchildren who play in the yard.
