        Call service stinks! Ask the manager everytime if we deliver to Sonora,ohio! Like really. 10 to 15 minutes from you! If you can't deliver that far something is wrong with your business!

        I have been trying to call for the past few weeks with no answer. All I get is a pre recorded message. It appears they haven’t been open for some times but yet their website and google still indicate they are open. It would be nice to be given an explanation as to why the terrible customer service and business fundamentals. Who just closes up shop and doesn’t let anyone know? Pathetic I’ll be going to CRENOS from now on. They always answer or get back to you. It really is mind boggling how one could own a business and operate it so poorly
