I have been a customer for over a year and absolutely appreciate my agent Greg Beavers. Any time I have a question about my policies and particularly my Medicare I don't hesitate to call him. He's ALWAYS there to answer my questions and explains things in a patient manner I can understand. As a matter of fact, today a dear friend was complaining of the agents that have been offering her their plans and giving so much information she's frustrated and confused about what plan would be best for her. Also, the pressure she feels from them. I quickly gave her Greg's name and number because he has the patience and knowledge base she needs to make an informed decision.

Never have we ever received such prompt and professional, accurate service from an insurance company! Greg has answers immediately for our questions and even anticipates questions before we have them. He is on the ball, willing to go the extra mile (literally) to make personal contact. He's A#1 in Customer Service!

I have worked with Bankers Life for 20yrs and my experience as not only an employee but also a client have been nothing but great. I believe with organization in the country there will always be some missteps along the way but if you are ever having trouble just reach out and they will make it right!
