        Grew up in Zanesville now live in NYC. Used to love shopping here for the small town charm and customer service. Just returned and this will be my last time patronizing EB. Terrible attitudes with all three POS transactions. I was with my mother trying to enjoy a day of shopping and found nothing enjoyable about the experience except the time with her.
