My husband and I recently built a home with Schumacher Homes out of Columbus, Ohio. The builder assigned to our area was Brian Hewison. Throughout the entire process, the staff at Schumacher Homes was very helpful. Their customer service was phenomenal. On several occasions, our builder, Brian, would answer questions after hours and/or on weekends. Our home was complete in 127 days despite material shortages due to the pandemic. My husband and I had always been warned that building a home was extremely stressful, but Brian and the rest of the staff at Schumacher Homes made our home building experience enjoyable with very little stress.
