Park national suck them do want them want to acct the one 21 streets closed take away over draft for no reason pack nationa in zanesville make u 6 months before U get over draft on acct but u cant over draft it ut take up to year I know for fact zanesville other bank r not like this just park national these people run pack it go to there head like them own it

HORRIBLE Banking practices that allow fraud and abuse. When they are notified, they do NOTHING but have their lawyer (Mr. Bailey) call you and tell you to "get an attorney". They allow their bank manager, Mr. Alexander, to allow local officials and board members to do whatever they want, regardless of the law and industry standards. Shame on them for allowing the good old boys club in Zanesville continue. Sad, sad, sad.

Called to check on order for new checks made 3 weeks prior. Did not have my order, I said, can you put a rush on the order and she said yes, I will check with my manager. Should take five days. Never an apology given for not having the order. Customer service lacking!
