Ordered food.
45 min. Later after complaining we have been ignored. They brought out our food.
Cold fries and burnt Meat all black.
Asked for three manager, who tried telling us they are busy. I showed her my food and she stopped. Asked if she could make it again. This time (10 min) out, hot and on the table. I was mainly bothered by how many excuses we got. Not an apology. Defending the Server who was talking to to a bunch of other girls. In the end we were offered reluctantly 10% off our bill. We tipped $5 bucks. And with that we will never eat at Primanti Brothers again. Congratulations! You lost great customers... It takes a real talent to make my wife and I both agree on never going back to a place again. Sad...
