My review is for the Salem, OH Goodwill store.
I have not visited any other Goodwill stores.
The drop-off area at the back of the store is
a problem for the donated merchandise since
there is no porch or sheltered area for the donations in case it is raining. I went there
recently, and all the donations were getting wet
with the rain, including furniture. Inside the store,
I was told that there are no spaces for trying on
clothing. I miss the old store on S. Broadway, Salem. The staff was courteous and helpful.
The SBroadway store was operated in a better manner.
