Derek Knepper - State Farm Insurance Agent

I called and cancelled my coverage on my Porsche 911 late 2000. I noticed when I was over-seas that I still had coverage on that car in 2022. I contacted Derek directly at that time. I received confirmation that he would correct it and I would receive a reimbursement for the mistake. I just checked in the last few days and saw that it was still in corrected recently. They offered me $123 for the roughly 3 years of of coverage that they have stripped me of. Do NOT deal with this team. Maybe you shouldnt deal with #statefarm

I'm sure there's definitely better State Farm offices and agents to do bisness with. I feel they fail in the communication department! I use to have my policies with Bill Anderson's State Farm, before he closed his office. His staff would personally notify me if any red flags occurred with any of my policies. I honestly think this is the worst State Farm Agency in our area. Do yourself a favor and check out some of the other State Farm Agencies in the area. Here's just a few John Campalito Jr. , Michael Guerreri, Rob Donahue and Tinia Howell.

Anytime I have any questions I contact Breanna Horn and she thoroughly explains so I can understand. Very friendly!! I would recommend her 1,000 times over!! Couldn't ask for a better agent

Always an awesome experience. Had bad luck in the past with insurance claims elsewhere and any questions I have Breanna is so quick to respond, always cheerful to talk to I actually look forward to calling if I have to! Thanks for being awesome!
