recently i went here to get my wisdom teeth out! the procedure went great and recovery was decent. i liked the doctor a lot and he did an excellent job. however i would recommend having ice packs on hand after the procedure because they can’t give them away.

Went to this office about a year ago for a consult and never went back. Maybe I caught them on a bad day because YIKES. I was taken into a room to wait for the Dr. There were tools out that had clearly been used and a bloody, exposed something sitting on top of the trash can sitting next to me. I was taken back for x-rays, and instead of a clear plastic covering to bite down on - it was the fingertip of a blue glove. Afterward, the Dr. came back in to see me and didn't explain what needed to be done, just made a few jokes and then sent me to the front desk. The woman at the front desk (she was super friendly, which is why this is a 2 and not a 1 star), SHE was the one who told me my teeth were impacted. I finally got up the courage to try another office a year later and I'm so glad I did. HUGE difference. Nothing about my experience felt sanitary. Now with COVID precautions, who knows? Maybe they stepped up their game. But that was yhe worst experience I've ever had.
