I was asked to change my "ORIGINAL " Review....& I'm not too happy about that. It has bothered me that I was talked into giving a better review than the honest truth!
J.Gerald, was retireing and he said that He defended me (public defender) outta the "Kindness" of his heart .
Well, IsNt that special?
I have since obtained the *Video Recording* from the "evidence" used against me if I should go to trial. I saw the recording for the first time, in November 2023. I couldn't believe what I was watching!
This so called, GOOD ATTORNEY, misled me and did NOT defend me in the LEAST BIT! In fact, I am appalled that I was even being charged with the things I WAS pleading too?? The recording, taken by the PLAINTIF, in this case was reprehensible, to say the least! I could NOT believe I was the one in jail (for 5 months)!??
Officer Nick Newland, from the BPD, assaulted me!! NEWLAND used, EXCESSIVE FORCE, against me!! I had a *BLOWOUT FRACTURE* from the punches Newland delivered to my FACE, as he arrested me! 2 strong BLOWS!! That immediately put me with my face on the pavement bleeding from my EYE!
INGRAM, was brought onto my *defense team* only when it was apparent, I was the victim of POLICE BRUTALITY! There was talk of filing a *CIVIL* RIGHTS* CLAIM* against that officer & the BPD, for violating my right to not not have EXCESSIVE FORCE USED while being arrested. More force than what was necessary to subdue a 57 year old GRANDMA, trying to see 2 of my grandkids get off the school bus! Their parents had been keeping me from visiting my grandkids since before Christmas. Brandi & David KATZ without merit, had kept me from seeing their children, my grandkids for over 5 months at the time, that I was punched in my face for resisting NEWLANDS attempts to subdue me, he did NOT announce himself and he knocked me to the ground, PURPOSELY to handcuff me? When I didn't know what happened in 2021 (until I watched the recording) I realized that COP assaulted me in the course of his supposed, police duties, as the kids parents did not want me to see or speak to my grandchildren!? For no other reason than they FELT LIKE IT!
WE depend on our Police officers to follow the law and our legal system to *decide*what the Wheat, from the Chaff was ? In my case, there was MISCONDUCT done while that cop did his duties that day. This attorney office failed to bring justice to me for this slight by that cop! I *still* have trouble with my eye!
Sooo if ur ok with sweeping things wrong under the RUG!? These are the Attorneys You Want Representation from!!!!
They *Did *Not protect MY best interests AT ALL!
Old, old changed 1x already, this is my revised recommendation of this Law Practice I was asked to change from my original assessment.

I want to start off by saying that Attorney Ryan Ingram is a phenomal attorney! I would highly recommend Attorney Ingram to anyone who needs anything regarding civil, or criminal matters!
He is worth what he charges, and does anything and everything to benefit his clients!
