        This branch needs extensive training on accuracy and customer service, they cannot handle simple requests and give misleading information, management needs demoted! There should be no reason you cannot verify that funds are available or not after a large deposit was made.

        My mom insists on banking here because its close to her home. But Ive tried for 2 days to make an appointment to open a CD. No call back!!! They dont answer the phone!!! Its gone downhill fast since it was Home Savings. Sad.

        Very rude, ignorant and inconsiderate. I switched to Huntington. This bank was much better when it was Home Savings. Also, someone named Elizabeth was very racist towards me when I called to see if my stimulus check had came during the COVID Pandemic. She said No, your government check didnt come. I would give this bank no stars if possible.
