I made an online appointment to have tires installed. I ordered the tires on the website and was shown a list of available service times. I scheduled a noon appointment and entered all of my information. I received a confirmation email a short time later that showed the appointment details along with the tires to be installed. I arrived for my appointment and was told by an employee that they don't have the tires I ordered. He stated this is a common problem with their online appointment system. I asked what tires he had in stock that matched my tire size and he advised of a different brand and quoted me almost $200 more than the tires I wanted. He also stated he would have to go get them and it would be an hour or so until they could start installing them. I declined and walked out. A simple phone call would have sufficed, that informed me of the discrepancy. Instead, I rearranged my schedule and drove 40 minutes round trip for nothing.

Had to return car due to leaking oil. Failure to clean up spilled oil. Said problem was they ran out if cleaning fluid

They gave me 3 quotes so i would know difference between what was needed immediatly or eventually so i had choice to take care of as much as i could. Thanks so much guys.very appreciated!
