I was in Wayne Health today, needed a Air Cast, The 2 lady's were not helpful an rude, Now, I see y there are going out of business! Get rid of your employees, and maybe u can stay open, very very rude! I might add, the Air Cast was for a child, they did not care at all! Those are not the kind of staff u want taking care of ur loved one's, Cold hearted! I feel sorry for the next company that hire them! GOOD LUCK!!!!!!!!

Seeing so many one stars creates hesitation for sure but I had a very smooth process. I had two phone calls initially and then an appointment to get my equipment.

I have been served here for several years. ALWAYS outstanding service and care. Staff go above and beyond. I definitely recommend them to others. Especially for CPAP needs.

The lady that answers the phone is not nice at all. She gets very annoyed because they continuously get new clients. Says they are busy and I am a new client so I am on the bottom of the list. They also take a very long time to get what you need. My doctor sent over the order on a thursday and said I could get it Monday, went in Monday and she said they need to call my doctor and they would call me and let me know the next step. Never got a call, so I checked in Wednesday and the lady said they are too busy to deal with the new clients and let me talk to the therapist. He said as soon as my insurance verification comes back that he would let me know. Friday at the latest. Nothing friday. So the following monday I called, talked to the therapist, HE DIDN'T EVEN SEND THE INSURANCE VERIFICATION. They literally suck so bad.
