I have had no work done by them but in all honesty I gave them a 5 star because my son's employed there and I know he does good work so I assume so do his co workers

I feel bad leaving a meh review, because Cindy is so nice and I wish her all the best. When I called to make my appointment, I let them know that I didnt have any experience with lawn maintenance, and I desperately needed help winterizing our system. I made it very clear I had *no idea* what I was doing. However, when they showed up they got irritated because our lawn wasnt ready. But nobody ever told me that I had to prep for the appointment. I want to emphasize that I made it very clear to them that I have *ZERO* experience with this stuff. If that wasn't enough, as soon as they left, our water stopped working in the whole house. Turns out they didn't turned the water main back on. Sigh. Luckily, they eventually did come back (3.5 hours later) to fix it. For that I am grateful, because we would've never been able to gain access to the manhole by the street. Still, it should've been taken care of at the time of service. Anyway, I am a bit disappointed by the whole experience. I wish they would have actually taken the time to educate me rather than judging me for my lacking experience. I probably won't be using them again for that reason.

Great price to drop off a load of limbs and brush, and great price on mulch. They are really nice people too!!
