I felt compelled to update my review. The pharmacy has really stepped up their game! Picking up prescriptions is now quick and hassle freeat least this has been my experience lately. The guy at the window yesterday was awesome.

Raniya is a great cashier at CVS in Woodmere Ohio. Raniya greets customers with a smile everytime I come in the store and is very helpful with what ever I need throughout the store. She shows good customer service. I also want to add Adam also a great cashier with awesome customer service as well they both are very helpful when I come in to the store.

Extremely poor experience with the pharmacy and pharmacy staff at this specific location, CVS woodmere. Family member needed a critical antibiotic regimen(common antibiotic regimen, at that) that was called in to this location by the doctor appropriately and timely, and pharmacy did not fill/provide the prescription order for 2 weeks. Received a text 2 weeks later after prescription date notifying the medication was ready for pickup.On another occasion, pharmacy verified they had a medication in stock, and actually did not have it in stock once pickup was attempted. Pharmacist was rude, unprofessional, and hung up the phone without advocating for the patients best interest and/or finding a solution for the patient. Will not ever utilize this pharmacy in the future. Would not recommend using for yourself or your family.

I am in from out of town and I forgot a few items. Decided to stop at this store to get them and I was followed around and after I used self checkout, because there was no one at the register, an employee came up to the self checkout while I was packing my stuff they went into the checkout to see if I paid, while I was standing there! If they are going to treat people like this, they need to remove the self checkouts. The store layout is also odd. The aisle goes East to West and not North to South. Its an eyesore.
