You never want to walk into your basement to discover a flood! I had no idea what to do and Jeremy and Matt were beyond helpful. Not only were they able to arrive immediately, but they stayed until after 2 am to ensure their work was completed properly. Excellent communication, thorough explanations and daily check ups until the job was was completed. I have also used their services for routine carpet cleaning. Again, superb job. The customer is always priority and I always felt they were doing the best for me and my home. Highly recommend and will continue to utilize them in the future!

The Disaster Works crew did a wonderful job cleaning carpets in my home. Our carpets look and smell amazing! I high suggest if you need to have your carpets cleaned to give these fellas a call. They were quick and thourgh in doing the work. They are extremely polite and respectful. They are from Brown County and are looking to serve those in their home county. Thanks again Disaster Works!!!

Been trying for years to cut the dog odor out of my house.Esp the dog pee from my little buddy had some accidents...Left my house as soon as my carpets got finished and when i returned I couldnt be happier..The PET REMOVAL treatment worked great!!

One month ago today, my carpets were cleaned by the Disaster Master crew. I've waited for awhile to give an accurate review. Sometimes after a carpet steam clean...the carpet only retains the clean smell for a week or so. I am a very satisfied customer with the job these fellows did. We had new carpet installed Nov 2013 and this is the first cleaning. One thing that disturbed me was that the carpet seemed dirty...'when it was new' and I thought it was probably the dye in the carpet. However after this cleaning, I can tell you...my carpet is clean...no more dirty feet walking across the carpet. My carpets were completely dry by the next day, no mildew smell or sour odor. I called several different companies for the best price and Disaster Master was the best estimate I received. I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thanks guys you did a great job!

Fantastic job cleaning smoke damage throughout the house, all I had to do was sit back and smile while Disaster Master took care of everything.
