        Currently own a 3 acre lot where the neighbors next door are using K. Hovnanian to build their house, meanwhile the builders have been using our driveway for their equipment. We’ve had concrete dumped in our driveway, there’s currently a large piece of equipment sitting in our driveway to the point we can’t access our own property. We’ve made multiple attempts to contact K. Hovnanian / the project manager to resolve these issues and they have yet to return our calls. Not impressed with the lack of professionalism this company has displayed or the fact that they’re actively destroying our property.

        Loved visiting the Canal Winchester office! We didn't know a lot about the new construction and building a home, and Kat was so easy to talk to and really gave us so much useful information!
