Never so disappointed!! I dreamed of wearing a particular wedding dress by Allure. Unfortunately, no stores in my area had a sample of the dress, so I drove to PA to try on the particular dress. When I returned to Ohio, i contacted this store again because when I was trying on dresses here before Mike said he could order dresses that he did not have in stock. Well I placed a deposit on my Allure gown of $1200 in September 2017 and he told me the dress would come in Feb. I waited patiently. At the end of February I started calling and did not get a single return phone call until the middle of March. The store also had a sign on the door that they would only be open by appointment only. Mike told me the dress was "in the country" and would be in any day. So I waited an additional week and then called back. My dress was still not in. I also contacted Allure in the meantime and he is NOT an authorized retailer. When I spoke to Mike again he tried to tell me he is friends with someone at the company and can get the dresses. I requested a refund of my deposit and he said he would refund the money. After 10 business days he had not refunded my money, so I had to threaten to file a police report for fraud. Then and only then did I get a refund.
