I had the same experience as the other user. Although I was able to place an order through their website and received an order confirmation, I never received either a shipment notice or any other correspondence from the company despite numerous phone calls/messages and emails. My credit card was charged approximately two weeks after the initial order and I gave them more two weeks to respond or to send me the products, but I received nothing. I then had to call my credit card company to revoke the charge. I plan to submit complaints to the BBB, OH Attorney General, and Internet Crime Complaint Center. This is a terrible shame given the company's products' excellent historical reputation and brand.
