The woman I dealt with lied to me when we consulted. When I came to pick up my cat's ashes they were "out of urns and they were back ordered". Also the supposed casts of my cat's prints "hadn't set right". Well, thats too bad considering they can't recast her prints now that she's cremated. Overall an expensive experience just to be cheated

My ferret passed away on a Friday night. I was distraught and the thought of leaving him in the fridge or freezer over the weekend was just plain devastating. I called several 24 hour services with no reply. Then Gabriel from De John called me back. The process was amazing from the initial dropping of my dude to the final pick up of his name plate. The fact he called back early on a saturday morning and was there to meet us was so settling. Thank you to all and Gabriel you sir are a true amazing person to deal with. I hope its a long time before I see you again but I will not deal with anybody again in this service. Thank you...Thank you...Thank you

DeJohn Pet Services was there for my family in our time of need. When we lost our beloved lab, Spencer, we turned to them not knowing where else to go. I cannot express how kind and compassionate Sherri is, how much she helped us. We had our Precious for so long and we are devastated... Sherri will take good care of your beloved pet on their final journey. I can't write anymore because I'm still too upset; but if there was one google review I wish people would listen to it's this one.
