Nobody Matters
My boys were late for sports pictures. I made contact with Holiday photography. This man was accommodating and courtesy. On our error, he made it right for us. He stayed open late so the boys didn't miss practice. Couldn't have had a better experience. Thank you

UPDATE: 9/2020 In May orders were taken for yearbooks. I ordered two, using a check. He promptly cashed the check. Yearbooks were delivered last week during the first week back to school. My child only received one yearbook. Second guessing the note I wrote myself on the form, I pulled the cancelled check. Yep, for 2. So, I called and left a message (I also contacted the school to let them know). Friday I received two texts from a number identifying themselves as being with this company. They said they dropped the otber book off (on Friday). Today, Monday morning, I get a, email from the school secretary wanting to know if I had received any communication from the company. I told her that I got a text that the book was dropped on Friday but that my daughter did not receive it. A few hours later, the secretary emailed me back and said that shortly after she sent the initial email that the man came in THIS MORNING....MONDAY- NOT FRIDAY like he text me.....and dropped off the book. This man obviously has honesty issues to be a blatant liar. This is the company contracted through the school for school pictures. Pictures are taken two times a year. Twice I have received pictures that have mar marks all over them. The first time, I didnt care for my daughter's attempt to smile so I done retakes. This time, I like the picture of my daughter so I contacted the company. The owner stated he saw no reason on the photo he pulled up for there to be something all over the photo. There is though. From the 8x10 down to the wallet. He told me he doesnt have time to check everything that leaves his studio. Any parent will tell you that school pictures are not cheap. And, I think it is a fair expectation to expect quality photos. The owner asked me to return the photo package to the school which I did that same say....Friday September 28. I called when I left the school and told him I had dropped it off. I called today and spoke with the school. This man was just in yesterday to pick up the package. Over a week later. He told the secretary the new photos are ordered but gave no indication of when I will receive the picture package that I ALREADY PAID FOR. In retrospect, I do not suggest this business for any dealings. He does not check quality going out nor does he have any concept of customer service.
