Carrabba's Italian Grill

We dined in Sunday evening 4/7 and did not have a good experience. We saw our server maybe four times in total, he was also serving a larger group so maybe he just had a tough time multitasking. But we didnt get any plates or napkins for our appetizer, my fiancs drink sat empty for a good twenty minutes, our entrees took about 30 minutes to arrive which we understood due to the large parties food coming out first. Which wouldnt have been an issue if our food was hot, but it was lukewarm at best. The mahi wulfe I ordered was topped with artichokes that seemed like they were just pulled right out of the fridge and placed on top, Im not sure if they are supposed to be that way but cold artichokes on top of lukewarm fish was not pleasant. The appetizer, bread, salad and soup came quick and those were hot and tasty. Everything else was just not good. $90 for cold food and minimal service was very disappointing. Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs, crayons and kids menu for the littles.

Cant rate the food because we never got any Both items on the happy hour menu that we ordered arent available Or maybe one was but the other wasnt, they couldnt seem to get the story straight They declined to make any substitutions or do anything else to make it right Dining elsewhere

Our waiter Mike was excellent never had to ask for a refill along with being very helpful made our dining experience enjoyable.
