Allyson's Flowers

My friend lives in Westlake and I ordered flowers on-line from Allyson's for her birthday. I paid almost $100 for the flowers. The flowers that my friend received looked NOTHING like what I ordered. The bouquet I ordered was supposed to have lilies In fact, the vase was full I cheap carnations. It looked more like a grocery store bouquet. I was so embarrassed when she sent the photo of the flowers that arrived for her birthday. I will never order for this store again.

Well looks like I was also duped and didnt check out reviews in advance. The manager, Kathy Anne, just called me back and when I presented her with my concern she abruptly hung up the phone. I called their general number and the secretary asked to put me on hold and then after 2 minutes hung up on me. So onto Google it is! ****DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FROM THESE GUYS THEY ARE A MASSIVE SCAM!**** I dont say that lightly. I looked for a local florist and Allysons popped up first and was presented online as a local company (Im in Colorado - come to find out they are in Ohio). Attached are the pictures of what I ordered and what I received. Vastly different from each other and delivered by a different company. I contacted that local company and told her I paid $92+ for the arrangement. She was shocked and said that after the delivery fee of $12.50 was paid she was paid $45 by Allysons for the arrangement. So here I am paying for an almost $100 for an arrangement and the florist is given and impossible task of creating a $100 arrangement for $45. In doing the math, without the delivery fee included or the taxes, Allysons charged me $28.95 to pick up the phone and make an order with the local florist and then short me the actual arrangement I ordered. I then asked the local florist what descriptors they were given by Allysons to see if it matched the online description. Allysons told the florist they needed an arrangement of red, purple, and yellow flowersthats it. No sizing, no other pictures, nothing. So for $45 and a thin description this poor local florist was flying blind. I tried contacting Allysons to ask for a refund and unsurprisingly, Kathy Anne is living up to her online reputation. She hung up on me and then the secretary hung up on me. I am reporting them to the Attorney General in Ohio and I encourage anyone else reading this who has been scammed by them to do the same. This is pure misrepresentation and fraudulent business practices. It also is clear now that the pictures on the website are clearly photoshopped or ripped off Getty images or something. I didnt even notice until afterwards.

BUYER BEWARE!!!! If you dont believe me, look up their Yelp reviews. First of all this is NOT a florist, they are only an order company out of Westlake OH who takes your orders and contracts to a local florist (regardless of where you googled for a florist). Somehow they must pay to pop upon searches everywhere posing as a local company. My wife and I ordered flowers for a brother of a friends funeral. I googled Hannibal, MO florists where the funeral was located and they popped up. I found a White Garden which was supposed to be a plant in a basket with flowers as well. The dimensions on their site show a 13x15 plant. Below is a pic from Allisons site and a photo of the joke that was sent. All in we had $95 in the plant, this looks like a piece of junk youd get for $10 at Walmart. After three calls and sending an email with the information the worker mentioned, we still have no response and get the run around from the staff and especially the owner, Kathy Ann. We had found out by the card on the flowers the local company they contracted with and called them. They let us know they got no direction or picture of what was ordered and were only given $40. They totally misrepresented the company as local , took our money, and ignore getting things right. They need to close shop and quit rippin g people off!
