Richard Miller stole over $20,000 from my elderly mother in 2018, skipping out on a construction job after being paid a deposit. DO NOT use this guy.

I wouldn't trust this guy if my life depended on it. I don't know how he does business, but I can share my experience of buying a "Little Wonder" machine off of him from Craigslist. When my husband bought the machine from him, Richard assured him he could be trusted because he's been in business for years and that if we had any problems to contact him. Well we took the machine home and the starter broke on it before we could even use it to pick up 1 leaf. Took it to our local mower shop where they said the starter unit had been "rigged" and that it certainly shouldn't have looked like that. So we sent a message to Richard and his response was he was "sorry we weren't more mechanically handy and didnt know how to operate a machine." So we bit the bullet and spent $250 to fix that issue. Brought it home and used the machine for 40 minutes on our yard when oil started puddling all over the place. Took it back to the mower shop and the gasket completely blew. Just received a quote to fix it for another $450. I know it is always a risk to buy a used machine from Craigslist, but when they are advertising it as in perfect condition, as Richard promised several times, you expect to not have to put $700 in it before you even use it. This is all to say that I sure hope Richard is more trustworthy in his business than he is outside of it.
