        I had a question regarding the settlement of my mother's estate and was referred to Kaye Willi by the Delaware County Probate Court. I spoke to Kay by phone in the late afternoon and she said she would return my call the following day. Kaye called just before noon with the information I needed and took the time to explain the details to me and asked if I had any further questions. Kaye is very friendly and easy to talk to. I will consider Willi Law Office for any future legal advise.

        I highly recommend their legal services when it comes to needing a great tax attorney. I use a walker so it was important that I could access their offices and you can with this legal firm! ...complete with handicap parking. When my husband passed, I knew I wanted a tax attorney to help me with the final tax returns & other tax issues so I wouldn't get a visit from IRS. Kay & Mark Willi turned out to be a blessing to work with as they are so professional & knowledgeable when it comes to tax issues. In no time, an appointment was arranged to meet & problems were quickly resolved. What a relief! They were so nice to work & I look forward to doing future business with their firm.

      We're sorry that you feel that you did not get good service from our firm. We strive to help all of our clients and provide a high level of service, but there are some people whom we just can't satisfy. We also pride ourselves in maintaining good communications with our clients and returning phone calls and emails in a timely fashion -- and we believe that we did so in your case.We first met with you on July 28, 2022. During this initial conference we explained the process for addressing your issues. We very clearly explained to you that in order to move forward, we would need additional information from you. On July 29, 2022, we sent you a follow-up email, once again explaining that we could not move forward until we received additional information from you. We never heard back from you, so we were unable to proceed in addressing your issues.Since our initial meeting, you called us twice -- once on August 16 and again on August 31 -- and we returned your calls within a couple of hours. Both return phone messages went straight into voicemail because you did not answer your phone. We also responded to your phone messages with emails. We did everything reasonably possible to maintain good communications with you.
