    I couldn't be happier with Katsco for fixing my water heater in less than 1 day after my sister told me her apartment complex hasn't fixed her 3 major requests in 4 months. Thank you Katsco!!

    They were unresponsive to maintenance requests, even when there were health related risks involved(sent multiple requests related to rodents in the home over the course of a year and they basically said tough luck), rent is exorbitant, staff is unhelpful, and the rent payment portal is broken(was unable to complete rent payment on time because the portal would not work and they still charged a late fee)

    Wish I could give negative stars for them. If you are looking for someone to rent from that will be even the slightest bit responsive, professional, or even a little nice, find somewhere else. Have rats and call to get them taken care of, too bad! Having issues with their own payment portal?? Too bad! To not only be unprofessional in the sense that you dont care about your tenants, but be aggressive and condescending whenever theres some thing that needs fixed. All in all, they are rude, classist and will treat you like a child.

    No complaints here! When I needed maintenance the contractor contacted me and made arrangements cause I have a kitty. Older buildings have issues but this is the best building on my block.

    Awful. Look at their replies. They are so desperate to not look bad because everyone says the same thing about them. The leasing lady has been nothing but rude to me. I even asked to pay double prorated rent for 3 days to extend my lease and she wouldnt even speak to me! High quality customer service right there. And after a bit of digging and asking questions, turns out she knows nothing about real estate law. Scott is a solid guy that you can work with but trying to get in-contact with him is impossible at times. The maintenance team is awful... we currently have leaks (causing discolored ceilings)and a broken garbage disposal... we have had them for months now. They may reply and lie, but it is 100% factual. At one point none of our electrical outlets worked for several weeks and no one was going to do anything until I called and gave them an earful. DO NOT RENT HERE. I have warned you. They are basically slum lords who could care less about you even though you are their customer. Edit: Everything they wrote in their reply is a lie. Being a smart-Allick and poking holes in someones logic is not harassment, thats just you feeling self-conscious. Telling someone directly that you think they are lousy at their job is not defamatory, its just grasping for straws when you have nothing to stand on. They have completely made up things about being at our house. We have brought it up time and time again but they just say COVID like any stereotypical person nowadays who refuses to take responsibility. If anything they have broken the lease agreement by not providing 24-hour advance notices when entering. They did once, but not the 2nd time. Additionally, no one has threatened to do anything? Another lie. I told them it makes no sense to not work with someone over 3 days when it takes 3 days until after a notice to vacate before you can even start an eviction process. I would not listen to anything that comes out of their mouth. They said my roommate is renewing the lease? False. We have terminated our lease. Like what? If you lie constantly and cant even hire a maintenance person... that says it all! The theme of the day with them is accountability. Lol they even made a new company page on Google to hide all the bad old reviews. Sketchy and no accountability, sounds like some quality folks running this company!
