EPM is always great about the technicians they send. Today's visit by CMoore, he gave us an alert when he was on the way, double checked that we did not need any inside treatment, and then observed requests for being careful in treating the house around hanging bird houses. This was the regular quarterly treatment to prevent all types of pests from wanting to enter the home.

Adel is the worst pest person ever. He comes every Tuesday and wants to not spray because I couple cabinets arent cleaned out. Do you see how much stuff I already have? Hes lazy and not considerate. I would really like for him to not come back to my apartment. He wants to scan my house to see whos in here comes at different times like Im suppose to just get up and leave my apartment as soon as he gets here. Tells me I have people sleeping. Like dude you just got to my house. I dont like him and Im complaining to apartments to him.

Eric M was great today. Very helpful, patient and polite as we had to let our dogs out before he could come in. Will definitely request him if we need these services again!! Thanks Eric!!

The technician, Brendan, called ahead to let me know when he would arrive, asked if he needed to check in with me upon arrival and was very respectful of our property while on-site. Superb service from EPM as usual!
