Misdiagnosed and zero treatment. Have called a handful of times with no answer or call back. Kristen was the nurse who refused to prescribe antibiotics although I was sick for over 7 days. Now dealing with worse symptoms, strep throat, ear infection. Do not recommend this location.

Terrible receptionist. Does not know how to read or what she is doing. Told me I filled out the wrong section on a paper but it was right. Had no greeting and was extremely disrespectful. I ended up going to the little clinic on Morse road and had no problems. She needs to learn how to greet patients and treat people with respect.

Arrived 6 minutes past my appointment time due to awful rush hour traffic and they wouldn't see me. Good to know they don't care about their patients. Avoid.

The receptionist/ assistant and Dr. Milliken were very friendly. Dr. Milliken has a great bedside manner. She also really took het time with me to clearly understand my symptoms as well as history with the issue i was having. Thank you!
