    Cigna should be shut down! They are the worst Insurance Ive ever had, I have had to fight, argue abs beg to get my medical claims covered. I am supposed to be in surgery today to have surgery on my neck that I have been waiting for since January of 2020. I have advanced Adult Stills Disease and disc disease of the spine. Cigna has put my health and job in jeopardy. Do not choose Cigna!!!

    Forces employees to put their kids in daycare or send them away if working from home (no financial assistance with that) does not give employees maternity time or any time off for appointments if pregnant. Forces them to use PTO. No communication. No understanding of emergencies. Doesn't even let you get up during training to use the bathroom. No joke. Absolutely a HORRIBLE COMPANY. Should be shut down.

    Horrible company. Tried to go to a therapist that was in network. They kept denying me, repeatedly. They gave different reasons every time I called. I went to another therapist. Same problem. Now I have to pay $1500 for fees they are supposed to pay the majority of. Horrible company, and their staff barely speak English. I have called 6 times and have been told 5 different things: -They don't pay for telehealth visits unless through a specific company -That they do pay for telehealth visits, but the provider had missing info on their bill -The provider now has the correct information, but are still denying it (without a stated reason) -The second provider I went to allowed some paperwork to lapse for a few months, but they will retroactively pay for things (he was with Cigna for over 20 years) -The second provider will not be covered because some paperwork lapsed
